Ferotec Friction is a leader in wind turbine yaw brake applications. Our D3731 product is known world wide as an exceptionally quite material to use for yaw brakes. Smooth and quiet operation is the norm.

The D3731 product can be furnished for any configuration of yaw brake design. It can be custom molded or furnished as sheet stock to bond to your steel backing plate.

Ferotec can also furnish sintered metallic brake pads for your dynamic brake needs. These are available in a varitey of pad configurations.
